The end of the lacrosse season means that the area, region, state coaches are all sitting down to come up with who they believe were the best players in the area in 2018. Below is the breakdown of the list of the public school all-region and all-state teams as chosen by a panel of coaches.

In addition to the coaches' votes US Lacrosse also selected its All-Americans and All-Academic players. We will update that section with All-Academic when it becomes available.
