2018: Week 8 Top-10

10. Ravenscroft Ravens (7-6) [NR]

The Ravens rejoin the Top-10 after two wins in week 8. They travel to Forsyth Country Day and rematch with Durham Academy.

9. Leesville Road Pride (11-4) [NR]

The Pride swept the Capitals for the first time in program history in week 8. They will close out the regular season with games against Enloe and Carborro.

8. East Chapel Hill (13-1) [10]

The Wildcats are undefeated since a week 3 loss to Broughton. They capped a 3-0 week with a decisive win over Athens Drive. They will close 2018 with games against Carrboro and Southern Durham.

7. Holly Springs Golden Hawks (11-3) [6]

Holly Springs split the week losing to Apex and winning at Garner. They will wrap up against Fuquay-Varina and New Hanover.

6. Green Hope Falcons (13-3) [3]

Green Hope went 2-1 in week 8. The Falcons regular season will end on the road at Pinecrest and Athens Drive.

5. Durham Academy Cavaliers (9-3) [4]

The Cavs continue their winning streak with two more wins in week 8. They have rematches against Cary Academy and Ravenscroft in week 9.

4. Wakefield (11-1) [5]

Wakefield is red-hot having won 5 in a row. They have just one game left against Wake Forest.

3. Apex Cougars (10-4) [7]

The Cougars are hitting their stride at the right time. Three more wins has put them in a tie for second place in the SWAC. They can lock it in with an upset of #1 Middle Creek.

2. Cardinal Gibbons (12-2) [2]

The Crusaders picked up two more wins in the Cap-7. Two more in week 9 against Enloe and SE Raleigh.

1. Middle Creek Mustangs (16-0) [1]

Middle Creek won both games in week 8 by a combined 34-6. The Mustangs can wrap up back-to-back undefeated regular seasons on Tuesday night against Apex.
