Power Lacrosse Camps are back for the Summer in 2020! We all have faced some extreme adversity this year since we gathered last Summer at Cary Academy. With the COVID-19 virus halting all Spring lacrosse activities and continuing to affect some Summer activity, we are excited to announce our team has developed a socially distant and exciting new camp structure to be held at Norris Park in Apex! Power has a staff filled with Division I, II, and III level players who are looking to share their knowledge and lead a younger generation of lacrosse players towards success. Power Lacrosse Camp invites all skill-level of players and we adjust accordingly so all campers can identify their strengths and weaknesses in which they can improve. Our staff to camper ratio is 1-7, so each camper is receiving a large amount of personal interaction.

We are being proactive in adjusting to the day-to-day changes in regard to COVID-19. We understand people’s individual opinions, financial status, and comfort level when it comes to socializing. We have done our absolute best to account for all’s concerns. Our drills are constructed to be extremely effective in developing lacrosse skill as well as keeping a safe distance between players. Due to the day-to-day change in government regulations, we plan to refund all registered campers 100% of their fee if things turned for the worse and Power Lacrosse Camp would have to be rescheduled. And finally, we have educated our staff and expect them to hold a standard where all campers and their families will feel comfortable interacting at camp. We believe in a team atmosphere and that includes the efforts in understanding the current environment we are all experiencing.

The Power team couldn’t be more excited to see our young players back on the field and we hope that you can join us! Please feel free to reach out to our camp director, James Chakey, for any additional questions. James played his collegiate lacrosse for top ranked Penn State University and has been running youth lacrosse camps for the past ten years across multiple states. Power Lacrosse looks forward to having you as we face diversity in full force to get back out on the field!
