Rob Pannell, Atlas LC attackman and Team USA gold medalist and Grant Ament, the 1st overall pick in the 2020 PLL Draft for Archers LC, are coming to North Carolina!
All players will go through an intense series of training, drills and much over the course of two days. More importantly, each player will be given the tools for them to take home, use and continue to get better.
Players will go through position specific training and not only increase their lacrosse IQ and skills, but will learn HOW to train to be the best they can be!
- Date: October 3rd and 4th
- Location: Seymour Athletic Park
- 5th-8th grade: 1:00pm-3:00pm
- 9th-12th grade: 3:30pm-5:30pm
- 4 hours of total instruction
