Training
Before beginning any individual training, every new athlete will complete an initial evaluation. This session provides a baseline for skill level and introduces a shared conversation between the player, parents, and trainer. Together, we'll outline goals for the training series and begin shaping a curriculum tailored to that athlete's needs.
Evaluations vary based on a player's age, experience, and position. They're designed to assess technical ability, athletic tendencies, and game awareness—all while setting the tone for honest feedback and forward progress.
Individual training remains the most effective way to address an athlete's specific developmental needs. These sessions are fully customized to support long-term improvement in both technical execution and lacrosse IQ.
Each session includes detailed instruction around mechanics and decision-making, framed in the context of the athlete's position and competitive goals. Drills are paired with discussion, allowing athletes to understand not just how to perform a skill, but why it matters in game situations.
To begin 1-on-1 training, an evaluation is required. After the evaluation, families can purchase individual sessions or multiple as a package.
Group training offers athletes the opportunity to work in a competitive, team-like environment while still receiving focused attention. These sessions are ideal for reinforcing concepts like spacing, communication, timing, and tempo—all within live or semi-live drills.
Sessions are organized by offensive or defensive focus, and typically include 4–15 players. The group format creates a natural sense of accountability and camaraderie, allowing athletes to learn from each other and push one another forward.
Group training is available in multi-week blocks (minimum of 5 consecutive sessions). Adjustments can be made to accommodate tournament schedules and holidays. Pricing is based on group size:
- 4–6 athletes – $30/athlete/session
- 7–10 athletes – $25/athlete/session
- 11–15 athletes – $20/athlete/session

Elite training is offered on a seasonal basis, typically during summer mornings when college-level players are home and available to train. These 75-minute sessions are designed to challenge experienced athletes while providing structure and feedback in a focused, competitive setting.
Sessions may include up to 30 players and feature advanced drills, positional breakdowns, and small-sided gameplay when numbers allow. While the environment is relaxed and familiar, the intensity and expectations remain high.
Participation in elite sessions is limited. Athletes must have completed high school, be committed to play at the college level, or have completed at least one of varsity lacrosse and have an invitation to attend.
